We are looking for a Content & Growth Marketer who can translate complex technologies and strategic value propositions into content with impact, direction, and measurable results.


In this role, you are responsible for developing and producing content that drives visibility, engagement, and growth for NUNC Capital and its ventures and platform companies. You work hands‑on and execution‑driven, while also coordinating external agencies and specialists when involved in specific projects. Within established brand and proposition frameworks, you use creativity to deliver distinctive and compelling content.


You translate strategic objectives and input from management, account managers, and project teams into concrete content and marketing assets that demonstrably increase reach and awareness. This action‑oriented content is expected to drive momentum and conversion throughout the funnel.

How You Contribute to the Mission
Positioning, thought leadership, and trust are the name of your game. Content is not a campaign tool for us, but a strategic instrument to consistently communicate vision, expertise, and value propositions, to strategic stakeholders as well as within business development trajectories.


Your responsibilities include:
  • Developing, producing, and scheduling content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Building and managing content and growth calendars per venture/platform
  • Writing and maintaining pitch decks, one‑pagers, product sheets, and website copy
  • Supporting business development initiatives with ready‑to‑use content
  • Creating and maintaining clear messaging frameworks and fixed content formats, and improving them iteratively
  • Using data and feedback (engagement metrics, sales usage) to continuously optimize content performance
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking capability
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing and/or growth marketing
  • Affinity with technology, innovation, and strategic B2B environments
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn content, funnels, and performance‑driven content
  • You are a strong (fluently in both Dutch and English) communicator and easily collaborate with different teams;
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to structure complex propositions clearly
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or comparable tools
  • Practical, self‑directed, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
