Working closely with the Head of Finance and our portfolio companies, you ensure accurate processing, reliable reporting, and continuously improving controls. In a sector where accountability and scrutiny are essential, your work enables transparency, confidence, and informed decision‑making.

Your profile

Your Responsibilities

Process financial transactions, including invoices, bank entries, payroll postings, and credit card expenses
Maintain general ledgers, provisions, intercompany positions, and fixed assets administration
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Support month‑end and quarter‑end closings, reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities
Ensure a consistent and well‑structured financial setup in Exact Globe
Coordinate with portfolio companies to collect, verify, and clarify financial data
Identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability of financial processes

You have 2–5 years of experience in a financial accountant role.
You work meticulously and have a strong sense of responsibility.
You are a strong (fluently in both Dutch and English) communicator and easily collaborate with different teams.
You have a hands-on mentality and spot opportunities to make processes smarter.
