What you will do
As a Finance & Control Employee, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and support the financial administration of NUNC Capital and its portfolio companies. You ensure the correct processing of financial data, support reporting, and actively think along about improving processes. A great role for a finance professional who wants to take responsibility and further develop themselves, possibly toward a Business Controller position.

As a Finance & Control Employee, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and reliably. The foundation is in place, but there is room for further improvement and professionalization. This is your chance to make a real impact on the quality and efficiency of our financial administration.

You work closely with our Head of Finance and Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure that transactions are processed correctly, reports are accurate, and processes are continuously made smarter.

You are responsible for:
  • Processing and recording daily financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Ensuring up-to-date and accurate accounting data in accordance with Dutch GAAP.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Assisting with reconciliations, audits, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Coordinating with our OpCo teams to collect and verify financial data.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing ideas for more efficient processes.

Your profile

You are someone who gets energy from bringing structure, taking responsibility, and improving processes. You take initiative, easily seek out collaboration, and feel comfortable in an organization where colleagues work together in the office every day.
In addition, you have:
  • A completed bachelor's degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or similar.
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, as an Assistant Controller, Financial Employee, or similar.
  • Experience with financial administration and reporting.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Affinity with process improvement.
