- A completed bachelor's degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or similar.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, as an Assistant Controller, Financial Employee, or similar.
- Experience with financial administration and reporting.
- A proactive attitude.
- An eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Affinity with process improvement.
